When it Comes to Programming, you can Expect…
Vision Casting
Before we start programming, we will meet with you either in person or on a video call to discuss what your vision for the show is. We work hard to not only hear your specific ideas, but to get to know you and your heart behind the project. This helps us to be able to not only bring your ideas to life, but to add in new and exciting options you hadn’t even thought of yet, but that align perfectly with your goals.
Pre-visualize
Once we are all on the same page about the vision for the event, Our designer will Pre-Vis the show using computer software. This takes place prior to the rig being built and the artist coming in for rehearsals.
Rehearsals
When your team is ready for rehearsals, we will take some time to make any tweaks with the live rig that may be necessary. We will Then hand off our show file and walk through the show with your opperator to make sure that they feel confident and prepared for the run of shows ahead. We will continue to be avaliable to your Lighting Director through the run of the show should they have any questions or need any assistance.
