Vision Casting
Before we start designing, we will meet with you either in person or on a video call to discuss what your vision for the show is. We work hard to not only hear your specific ideas, but to get to know you and your heart behind the project. This helps us to be able to not only bring your ideas to life, but to add in new and exciting options you hadn’t even thought of yet, but that align perfectly with your goals.
Render and Rework
Once we are all on the same page about the vision for the event, Our designer will create a render of their design for you too look over. This will begin the process of editing and tweaking the set until you are completely satisfied with the final drawings. All designs are totally custom and created from the ideas and themes pitched during vision casting. With Wyrmfire we are committed to giving artists sets that fit their unique style rather than pulling a design from the archives.
Fixture Sourcing and logistics
Wyrmfire Set design doesn’t stop once your drawings are in hand. Our services include our expertise and feedback on what lighting fixtures to use, creating cable packages for your rig, information sheets on what resources, equipment, and labor are recommended, and we can even connect you with several rental houses and lighting technicians if you don’t have any contracted yet. Once everything is ready for rehearsals, we can even help you organize your truck pack for maximum efficiency protection.
